For the past twenty years Tradeshow Marketing Company has primarily been a direct sales company that has been marketing a wide variety of products direct to consumers through select tradeshows throughout Canada and the United States. In that time they have engaged in training, consulting, and implementing retail and wholesale strategies for companies seeking to establish their products in the consumer marketplace. Venues for trade show demonstration shows have included home, garden, boat and auto shows as well as state and county fairs, annual exhibitions etc.. The company also has extensive experience with TV infomercial products as wells as other promotional and marketing efforts related to these products.

Recently, management felt both that an opportunity existed in the marketplace and that they possessed the experience required to dynamically expand the scope of their business to include the full sales channel range. The other major innovation was to begin having quality products OEM manufactured to specifications reliably but at very low cost. Product design and managing of manufacturing in this way should provide the margins necessary to be profitable much more quickly. To finance the vision, TSHO decided to go public in the second half of 2004 to help the company access expansion capital and to leverage the company shares for growth and acquisition. The Company was listed on the New York OTC Pink Sheets Exchange in November 2004, and the corporate plan is to engage a broker sponsor and take the stock from the Pink Sheets exchange to the NASDAQ stock exchange as soon as possible.
